Solusign Consulting LLC operates this website at https://www.solusign.com. We are a Docusign implementation consultancy. If you have a question about this policy or about the data we hold, write to hello@solusign.com.

What we collect, and why

Information you give us. When you book a call, submit an inquiry form, download a resource or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number where you provide it, and the answers you give in the form. We use this to respond to you, to prepare and deliver the work you ask for, and to send you content you have subscribed to.

Documents you send us. Where a project requires it, you may upload document templates or sample files. We use them only to scope and deliver your project. We do not use client documents for any other purpose.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this for security and to understand which content is useful.

Comments. If you leave a comment on an article, we store the comment, your name, your email address, your IP address and your browser user agent string, to help detect spam.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is used. If you leave a comment you may opt in to saving your name and email in a cookie so you do not have to fill them in again. If you log in as an administrator, we set cookies to keep you signed in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

Embedded content from other sites

Our articles include embedded content, mainly YouTube videos. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, and those sites may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with that content.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only to the extent they need it: our website host, for hosting and security; Fillout, for our booking and inquiry forms; Airtable, for our client records; MailerLite, for our newsletter; Google, for calendar, email and analytics; Docusign, where a project requires it; and Stripe, where you make a payment. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so we can recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically. Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep records for tax and legal purposes. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@solusign.com and we will respond. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have these rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident you have similar rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Where your data is processed

Our service providers are based in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be transferred to and processed in a country other than the one you live in.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls and a web application firewall. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last changed.
