From Tedious Multiple-Day Process to Fully Automated Staff Contracts

 

Background

Kathy Peters, CFO of Benchmark School, was tasked with preparing about 100 staff contracts for the upcoming year.
Knowing that this would take days to manually type in Word, and with the risk of potential errors - she decided to look for a solution online. After some research, she found Solusign and reached out to automate the process.

Solution

  1. We closely worked with Katie to build staff contracts as mail-merge DocuSign templates. 
  2. A connection between the school’s database and DocuSign was then established, along with signature tracking functionalities added to the database. 
  3. We also automated the file upload and renaming in the database.

The Results

Rather than manually creating each employee contract, Katie is now able to create and send all contracts (without any errors) with a single click! 

All contracts were signed within a few days - easily tracked by Katie who followed up quickly if needed.

Once documents were signed, they were automatically updated in the database - thanks to the integration with DocuSign.
